1.1 Custom Orders: Xucheng does not offer refunds on custom-ordered projects once production has begun. Custom orders are crafted based on specific requirements, so they are non-refundable once the project is underway.

1.2 Standard Products (Metal Profiles): Metal profiles ordered from Xucheng can be returned within 15 days of receiving the products. The customer is responsible for all transportation costs associated with returns. We do not accept partial returns; for example, if 10 profiles were ordered, 

the entire order must be returned.

2. Mistakes or Non-Conformity

2.1 If production mistakes occur or the parts do not meet the agreed specifications, the workshops responsible for manufacturing the custom products will remake the parts as specified in the order. We will work 

closely with the workshops to rectify any issues with custom orders.

2.2 Variations in metal profiles (e.g., slight color, texture, or minor appearance differences) may arise due to material availability, manufacturing processes, or craftsmanship. These variations do not constitute 

grounds for a refund unless they significantly deviate from the specifications agreed upon in the order.

3. Changes in Project Requirements

3.1 If there are changes to the requirements for a custom order, Xucheng Precision must be informed promptly. If we are not informed in time, refunds will not be issued for resulting issues.

4. Cancellations

4.1 Once production for custom orders has started, cancellations are not permitted, as resources are allocated based on the specifications provided.

4.2 In the rare event that circumstances beyond our control result in the cancellation of an order, we will notify you and work toward a suitable resolution.

carrier delays, or external factors.

Shipping costs will depend on factors such as the product(s) ordered, the manufacturing workshop, and the selected shipping method. Full details of shipping costs, including whether they are integrated into the product price
